Has the game been released yet?

It's a steam version of the game.

Yes game had been released. Foe me steam downloaded missing 9 GB of files. You may want to try verify integrity of game cache, this should force steam to download missing files.

Yeah, I've already done that and it didn't work unfortunately. :/

It seems to be a problem for some. I do believe that they're working on it.

Ok, that's good to know. I hope they fix all the problems with the game. I want to be able to play it soon.
