Information

I have verifed my game files (Steam only)

Yes

I have disabled all mods

Yes

I am running the latest game update

Yes

Required

Summary

Having the rule Custom Kingdoms disabled stops the Mongol Empire from Fragmenting.

Description

I did some observer runs with the customer kingdoms rule disabled for easier porting to EU4.

When I had the Custom Kingdoms set to Off the Mongol Empire kept growing and growing until it gets to a massive size. When the leader died the heir took over the main title and it didn't fragment into lots of titles.

When running with the Custom Kingdoms set to On, the Mongol Empire collapsed as expected.

I have attached two canpaigns when I have seen this happen in the next 20-50 years and my present file for game rules, (I used the one called MegaCanpaign)

Mongol1 - 1.9.1
MongolFaileds - 1.9.1
Mongol192 - 1.9.2

Steps to reproduce

Using the preset Mega Canpaign (attached):

Run a game in observer mode, or as a player and wait until 1300s, for me the Mongol Empire does not collapse.

Alternatively, use the saves and run for 20-100 years, and the mongol empire did not collapse and continued growing.

1.9.2
