Having trouble re-installing Victoria

Well, I've read all of the threads in regards to re-installing the game, and followed their steps... But I've come to a dead end in the "install Victoria" step.

I couldn't find any setup/install file or anything of the kind. Do I have to re-download the game or something like that?

(Pardon me if I missed something obvious, but today's been a really crazy day for me!)

I see. No Ricky tonight for me then, as my internet is sucking... I'll have to do it tomorrow.
