Well the converter finally worked and the mod is in the EU4 mod folder, but I can't actually find the mod when I go to activate it in the launcher. It's in all installed mods, but it says it's not in a playlist so I can't activate it to see if it's actually working or not.
Just problems after problems.

It finally works! Honestly, the map doesn't look... completely terrible. I will probably leave it unless everyone else thinks it should be changed.
The only thing I want to change is to move Welsh and Breton to the Celtic group. I can see why Breton would be with the French, but I don't know why Welsh is with the British group. Probably the flag for Prydain as well as I don't think the Union Jack would exist in this timeline.
All something I need to figure out how to do though.

What a fantastic community this is!

Yeah, I can't really figure this out. I've been trying for a week to change some culture groups around, but these are the only things in the culture folder:
cultures.JPG

No lists showing the current cultures and culture groups in the game despite them being there, just cultures that don't exist in the game like Celtiberian. I can't change anything I want when it's not there.

So it's been close to a month since I've said anything about my progress with Prydain in EU4. I have gotten some help with the flags and cultures and was able to change them to what I wanted them to be. However, whenever I go to play the game it crashes when I hit play, and this happens regardless of the country that I select. It seems to be some sort of issue with the mod as other mods and the base game don't do this though I can't figure out what's causing this issue.
At this point, with this many problems just trying to continue the game, I think I'm just going to let Prydain's story end here and try it again with a different country with hopefully better writing and less issues trying to convert it.
I'm sorry to everyone that hoped for this to continue.

Do no worries, and there is no need for an apology.

Furthermore, have to express own sincere apologies to you for hesitating to comment for so long, while reading the story ever in the dark, lurking behind the veil of offline.

Even if personally have no interest for any games revolving around the isles, nor for megacampaigns (probably an absurd abandonment issue, because knowing the story will end, then it will sail for the other realms, to eu4, then to vicky's, and perhaps why not, to other galaxies of stellaris), but regardless got attracted right from the start, intrigued by its title, was hooked up by the story of the run.

It is an enjoyable read, enjoyable run. Kudos.

And once again, sincere apologies for this unreasonably late comment.

Can only say this: Write. Write more, and we will hear them all. Have no hesitation; use the hope to overcome any fear; writing can only be improved by more writing and rewriting, shaping the words that are already known, creating the words that are never known, giving the life to stories, awakening the dreams in others' minds; write, write more, and we will read them all.

Also, keep in mind that it is far less of a risk to play first and then to write, to avoid crashes due to conversion or sudden patch-dlc releases:)

A shame, but sometimes it’s best to know when to call it a day. Do let us know when you get started on a new story!
I will, though I just need to figure out which of the three ideas I have that I like more to turn into a story.
A Roman campaign sounds fun, though I believe there is already one still going and I don't know how fun it'll be to just watch me blob out. Not going to explain what I mean by blobbing unless I decide on this idea.
A Norse campaign sounds fun as well, but I'm pretty sure that has been done millions of times before and it's hard to limit yourself at the 867 start for my idea there.
I also have a Native American idea that starts in EU4. I've only found one example of that, but it would probably be hard for me to do.

An unfortunate end. Very eager to see your future projects! :)

Who says you have to do 867?; how about Erik the Heathen in 1066? Take Sweden back from the Catholics and reclaim it for Odin!

I thought about that, but I already got five folders of screenshots from a Norse Fairhair game that I've been doing. I have already started the Rome idea I was talking about as well, but I don't know how much you guys want to see of that and it would probably require a small team to mod Victoria 2 and Hoi4 if things go as planned for that game.
Either way, I could restart as Erik the Heathen as it would be a more interesting game, but it would take some time to get the screenshots again.
