Hi!

Is HoI2 - DD supposed to have a CD-KEY / manual?

I saw it for a bargain price at a local gamestore, but the game package consisted of only a cd and a box, no manual or anything, so I cancelled the deal as I wasn't sure if it's a worth of purchasing.

Also... Is it acceptable to use proxy to buy products from gamersgate? They seem to favor the ripoff exchange rate of 1 USD = 1 EUR, so I'd rather pay with usd and save around 20-30%

Doomsday does not come with a CD key, the Armageddon expansion is the only HOI product to have one. It is definitely worth it for the price.

I have no idea about the second question but would lean towards no.
