heeeeelp can't launch the game

Yesterday I installed a fresh copy of win 10 and needed to reinstall the game
And I cannot access or edit playsets nor launch the game now
Cannot find any crash log too
What should I do

solutions tried:
1. restarting the game and the computer
2. verifying game files on steam
3. disabling anti-virus software (ESET)
4. reinstalling the whole game

In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless. THEN go here:

Add stellaris.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

Also if you have FRAPS or the MSI Gaming App or Rivatuner installed, disable it as it clashes with this game.

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .

After installing these things the problem still exists
But I can finally launch my game after
1. unsub all the mods
2. deleting all ./document/paradox incentive files in my onedrive
3. reinstall the game
I have no clue what crashed the game but it is solved

Same problem for me and i believe it is Paradox launcher bug.
Game start properly on Launcher version 2021.1
After launcher update to 2021.6 game stop launching

Your problem seems to be unrelated to the OP's in fact. Always best in future to start your own fresh thread.

If you run stellaris.exe directly from File Explorer does it start, or still fail? If it fails is there a Windows error shown?

1. I can run game properly when using stellaris.exe but a cant use mods that way
2. In 2021.1 i can run game but mod manager is not showing any mods so game launching with mods i use weeks ago but i cant manage them
3. In 2021.6 i cant see mods and cant start game (like in first post-game launch failed)
4. In beta 2021.7-rc5 everything is working as it should. So for me beta launcher fix everything so for now i will not start new post
