Help a Noob mod user please

Hi

I have just tried installing some mods -

3025RimwardPeriphery, BetterBaseDefense, HYR_It CameFromTheRim, HYR_ThePeripheryIsAHarshMistress, RealityMachina, StabilityTonnage, ShutUpDarius, StopOverpayingPilots

I have Modtek installed, and installed the mods with Vortex.

The problem is the Mods are not showing as being installed in game (excpet Modtek)

The files are showing in the correct places but not being recognised as installed by Battletech.

Please help me determine what i have done wrong.

Do not use vortex, it only works with the built in modloader (and even then not always), it will not work with modtek.

You will need to install them manually (for most mods it's as simple as download and unzip, then copy to the mods folder where you installed modtek

read the instructions basically.

I now have some working mods and have learnt to not trust Vortex.
