Help bug (flags are black) !!!

I have bought recently on steam Rome gold edition and Rome vae victis. I use an I5 PC running with Windows 7 family premium version.

When selecting a country its flag is black, when selecting a province barbarian flags are black, when selection an opponent country province its flags is black. any help on that matter ?

This bug sometimes also happens in other Paradox games. In the ...\gfx\flags\ folder you'll find a file called flagfiles.txt, try deleting it (make a backup though).
