Playing as a Fetishist in African, I wanted to try taking Buddhism as my primary cult for the 20% dev cost reduction. However, when I take the "embrace singular cult" estate privilege, it only shows the first 6 cults I chronologically unlocked. The 3 I started with and the first 3 I encountered from neighboring tribes. Is this a bug?

EDIT:

PROBLEM ANSWERED: Apparently you can scroll down on the event window to see more cult options. The arrow indicators are just criminally discreet I didn't notice.

You still need to unlock the cult. because the embrace singular cult privilege does not give you access to new cults. The privilege just gives:
"Enable the usage of a Primary Cult, which increases the strength of the cult and removes the loss of Stability upon the death of a monarch, but disables using other cults."

I did unlock it. I even chose it as my cult. Its 1650 and none of the cults I unlocked appear as options except the 6 first ones I unlocked.

Have you tried scrolling down in the event options? If there are too many options, you can't see all of them at the same time.
OMG, God bless you!

Yeh, apparently I can scroll down.

I played EU 4 ever since it was released, and this is the first time I have EVER seen an event window with a scroll down. And the indicator for it is so criminally discreet, It didn't even occur to me.

At one point I actually kept the window open to write down all the cults I had access to and I still didn't notice the scroll down.

Many thanks again for taking the time to help. You basically saved my game.
