Help! Delete buildings in domes?

Hi

How does one delete for example a farm inside a dome? I can demolish it to get ressources but i cant build new buildings on top of it. I also only can rebuild it. Do i miss the right way to completely delete the farm?

For some reason they've locked it behind a tech, but it's one of the very early ones at least.
