I just entered my serial key for Victoria: Revolutions in "My Games/Registrations", but I still can't write in the Victoria forum.

And the problem is that he registered it, but can't write on the forum.
Nor should Vicky forum require any registrations, as Vicky doesn't have code, and it's possible to have Revolutions as boxed version without code (like I do).

yes there is short period before you can write on the game forums (to avoid spambots like said above) I can't exactly remember the time period in which this occurs but maybe a week or so?
