HELP!!Idiot here!!

Hey there everyone, ok, gotta problem

I tried my hand at modding, and...yes screwed up. The problem is in that i cannot find the files i backed up, so wondering if its at all possible for anyone to send me the files for sweden, the specific files are

located in the db folder/
tech teams/
"teams_swe.csv"

"province.csv"

In the scenario folder
1936 scenario
"sweden.inc"

I have the hoi2 1.3 version (no doomsday)If anyone can help, ill be eternally grateful! I love this game even though i cant tell a tank from a battleship when it comes to military matters
