Hi, i'm currently trying to install the mod Kaiserreich on hoi iv but it seems that i need to install something called darkest hour first. What's this thing ? How can i do it ? Someone could help me please ?

The darkest hour is like the evolution of the HOI II, so you could say that you lowered the mod for the HOI II and not for the HOI IVHi, i'm currently trying to install the mod Kaiserreich on hoi iv but it seems that i need to install something called darkest hour first. What's this thing ? How can i do it ? Someone could help me please ?
