Help me!! 1.3. made my PC sick!

Okay I got such a problem with HoI.

I installed patch 1.3a and when I try to start the game, the loading stops at around 70%.... And then I get a message that "convoy attack line 24".....
What can I do? The patch has destroyed my game :S

This is generally the result of applying the vanilla HOI2 patch onto either Doomsday or Armageddon.
