help me my game is broken!!!!!

hi, i contacted you guys on the Facebook page and i told you that i was a beta tester and now my game doesn't let me do anything, i have re'installed i8t, twice, like you recommended but still no luck :/ the game still won't let me play any sort of mission, when i click start it just shows a slightly faded version of the main menu or it shows the loading ring then kicks me back to the main menu, also it hasn't asked me to enter the verification code, any help is much appreciated keep up the good work

Please go to the "tech support and bugs" subforum. If you don't see it, go to "my games" in bar above and register your game here (CD key is available on Steam client page for game).

You'll see a "read me first" thread with some common solutions to this and other problems, and if that doesn't help we'd like you to post a thread in that forum with the logs from your system as described in the posting. Then we can help diagnose and fix your problem.
