Please anyone, help me! To solve this issue. i don't know which setting or is it my graphic problem. Because when i want to create a road, it cannot see clearly to make it. Please help me. Thank you

Its a common issue If your graphic card doesnt meet the minimum requirements, most likely an onboard one.

Yep. If you only have an integrated Intel or AMD video syste, this will happen. Unless you can run the game on supported hardware, please seek a refund from where you bought the game.
