[help] "Mod does not exist on Steam. Will create new mod."

I don't want to create a new mod, all I wanted to do was update my mod with the latest hotfix version so users wouldn't get the "outdated mod" warning.

My mod ID hasn't changed on steam, and I haven't changed it in my file. Why can't I just update my existing mod?

Edit: Yes. That's exactly what I did. Changed the title on the steam workshop page itself. I'm such a derp.
