I made a mod and uploaded it to the workshop.
But the workshop page is saying it's hidden, and there's no button to unhide it!

right side of the workshopsite of your mod there should be a menu with "change visibility". click on it and change to hidden/friends only/public.
after upload/update your mod the visibility changed every times to hidden to give you time for making corrections in descriptions, uploading pictures, change updateinfos and so on. if its done, you can make it visible and all your subscribers can download it.

Notice how when I copy-pasted my options, some of the options were links.
Can you copy paste yours and see if the visibility comes out as a link? Maybe if I replace the visibility number with mine it will work.
nope, its a drop-down-menu so there is no link behind if i try c&p.
