Help Needed Applying Patch+Mod

I've been trying to apply a Pagan/Muslim mod, with little success. So far I've gone through about four tries and a full reinstall of my game. Could someone please tell me which patch to apply to a blank 1.0 version of Crusader Kings, and link to it, before I go about installing Devineshadow's Pagan/Muslim mod?

There is no 1.0 patch available

What error message do you get exactly ?

This is how you should install

1. Crusader kings
2. Patch 1.05
3. DS Muslim and Pagan Mod

The Mod only works with patch 1.05
