As many of you know, I can not play Crusader Kings without further modification allowing female succession. Just about every save or so, I go into the saved game file and individually alter most of the duchy and kingship titles that I follow through the course of the game so that they follow male preference primogeniture.

/sigh

I wish they would simply allow male preference primogeniture as well as full, absolute, equal Cognatic Primogeniture, where the first born inherits all regardless of gender.

(By the way, the King of Spain reformed succession laws for noble titles in Spain in 2006, now all titles in Spain are absolute cognatic primogeniture! This he did paving the way for his grand daughter Infanta Leanore. However, a constitutional amendment will be necessary before cognatic primogeniture is the law for the Crown... as that is codified in the constitution.)

Anyway,

I learned of the search feature where you can change all of the semisalic_primogeniture_law to semisalic_Primogeniture, which will alow women to inherit behind their brothers. However, once I do this the computer changes everyone... which is something I do not wish to do. I wish for the
change in law to be in my own realms, as well as in Spain, the Aquitaine, and a few other regions.

Is it possible to create a suport program that would search for those specific titles and change those? Rather then to all of them?

Does this make sense?
