Aight, I'm playing my Greece game, and France chose to push war in the Luxembourg Crisis. Prussia and France went to war in 1868. Prussia occupied Paris in 1869, but the Three Hurrahs event did not fire, because it's activation date is 1870. So, Prussia peace'd out, and got the "Partial Unification of Germany event, forming Germany, but only out of the Prussian territories.

So...I'm wondering what do I have to do to go from this to get Germany to fully unify. Do I have to write myself up another event, and if so, how do I put it into code that Prussia will absorb both the North and South German Feds...

Basically, for story purposes, I'm rather desperate. A Germany that is never going to unite is rather dumb...

Any help with how to clarify this situation would be awesome. Thanks
