I'm running Cities in Motion from Steam, on a Dell E6520 laptop.

Core i7 processor, 4 gigs of ram, windows 7 64 bit, directX 11,
Video is listed as Intel HD Graphics with 1.5gigs of video memory, if I'm reading correctly. Latest drivers.

The game starts up just fine, but when I get into a city, the framerate drops to 4 or fewer FPS. I've turned all the options down, and am running in full screen (though I also tried windowed mode). No change in the frame rate.

Is there anything else I can try, or is this laptop simply not going to run it?
