Help wanted for pic conversion!

Hello community, we from DH-Team need your assistance. We're going to improve DH steadily. Of course we will implement new content too. For that we have researched many pics. But they aren't in right shape yet. So we will need your help to convert them.

Instructions:

Below you find a list of packages. Every package includes 15 unedited pics. Please edit pics of one package completely and upload them as package again with the same number. Please keep the names of the original pics.

These pics are for ministers or leaders and have to be in following format:

• 36x50 Pixel
• 8-bit Bitmap with Grayscales (no indexed colors!)
• 1px White Frame around the Pic

I recommend to use GIMP because we noticed that Photoshop screws the formatting. To raise the quality of a pic you could play with contrast and brightness settings.


There's a simple method to raise the quality of pics.

Is pic too dark then (of course) raise brightness. The pic will become "foggy":

Therefore raise the contrast.

Sometimes it isn't necessary to raise brightness but contrast only.

In package 22, pics "Ufa Directory" and "Ufa Directory 2" - what's expected of them? It's nearly impossible to convert them to leader pic format

Regarding Ufa Directory: It is not intent to get the whole objects (except coat) on the pic. Just cut them in any way and look in which way it looks best.

@Panzergruppe: You forgot to convert pics to grayscale. no prob, I have fix them already. After conversion every pic should have a size of 2,81 KB.
