Help with asset editor.

I'm trying to convert a 3x4 building into a 3x2 building in asset editor.

I'm trying to edit this mod. I tried to center the building in the middle of the asset area, but when I do it, it became elevated.
Any help?

It's hard to say based on using a pre-exsting template. Could you upload several screen shots of the proces you are taking? Showing the asset editor windows and the individual steps you are taking what not? That will help big time to troubleshoot.
