Help with installing IGC.....

Patch.exe doesn't work. I went to the site in the readme and downloaded the Virtual Machine, and installed it, but patch.exe still won't work. Any ideas on how I can get it to work?

And if not, I know how to change country names, shields, and how to fix it so stability affects tax incomes, but how do I do the other stuff IGC can do with the text files?

Oh well, figured out how to change the stuff with the text,it's still tedious though.

Have you done a windows update? In the windows patches on the microsoft sites, there are some upgrades regarding such applications. If you are running an older version of windows or a non-upgraded one it might cause trouble
