I tried to include the latest events (byzantine, jews events) in the game, also adding the action names to the mod.text.
Problem is i get an error message when i start loading the game ( something like "language error ,token #solmyr events", and then the game crashes.
Could somebody please help me?
Thanks.

Does the game starts without the inclusion of modtext.csv? Maybe the problem is somewhere else.

Did you do it with text editor or Excel? In my comp, Excel is default opener for CSV files, but in my experience you can not edit CK CSV files with Excel.

You can, as long as you saves as a real CSV with semicolons...

Ah true. :eek:o I just assumed from the obscure "File not in Excel '97 format" or something message that it was not.

I tried to edit the modtext.csv also using word and wordpad, but im not given the option to save as CSV.Seems the only way is to open it with excel, in which case i just cant save it then with semicolons.
:(
I think i'm gonna give up...

just rename the extension, or, when saving with notepad, choose Save As, then in the new window select (in the second scroll menu at the bottom) All Files, and name this file as you want (modtext.csv)
