I'm making my first building (using the School of Science as template, with 3 sub-buildings plus the main building) and I have almost everything ready except for a couple of things:

1. One of the sub-buildings has some visible underground parts. So I used Ronyx69's script to remove the automatic mesh and apply the NoBase shader, and it seemed to work correctly. I imported all of the sub buildings into the main one and it seemed to be working okay. But after saving the asset, I noticed these kind of z-fighting glitches, which to me look like the automatic underground mesh did not get removed correctly and is now using the sub building's textures for some reason. They also appear in game after placing the building. Any idea on how to fix this?

2. When I place the building in game and I zoom into it, the ambient sound is very very different from the one the vanilla School of Science has, it kind of sounds like a large crowd instead of the quiet-ish sounds the vanilla building has. Is there any way to change the ambient sound of the building?

Thank you :)
