I'm trying to update an older mod I found on Steam - the old Arcane Heritage mod - which the original author abandoned and decided to let the modding community feel free to make unofficial edits. I am not uploading the fan fork I am making, merely updating an older mod for my own personal use only.
All I'm hoping to do is make some simple changes to the mod to allow it to be used with later versions, and keep the mod for personal use only. I don't want to inadvertently step on anyone's toes by publishing it myself.
I have an idea of what the code means, but to be honest, I'm an author, not a professional programmer, and a beginner at coding. So all I wish to do is make some what I hope would be simple changes to the code to get it to play nicely with the latest version and keep it for my own personal use.
