We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
While you are playing the game (or just load up your last save) you can find it as the last page of the ledger. Outside of the game, just open your save file and the history log is at the end.
Still cant find it (Mind you, I just discovered that I had posted in the EUII forum, while I play that godforsaken game EUI)...
That's your problem then. The history log wasn't saved or displayed in the logbook in EU I. There is the log at the bottom of the game screen, but you'll have to make all your notes before exiting.
