i keep getting this error that tells me i cannot find the game when i try to connect i turned off my firewall to but it doesnt work i hope this isnt a router thing cause then im screwed i live in residence and if its the residence router i cant touch it

yes well i dont have the modem or the router the residence does and i cant touch those so im screwed i guess

Cant you request access or request that they open some ports for you?
