Help downloading mods, please

Ok I want to download either the Mongolian MOD for the 1300's or Age of Imperialism 2.5... one problem. I CAN'T GET THEM TO DOWNLOAD! The links for the Mongolian one don't work and neither do the ones for AOI because you have to have 2.0 first. PLEASE HELP!
