hi, CoA makers, i try to make my own CoA but ive got a problem with the heraldic colors: can someone give me his "sliders" (i mean Red, Blue, Yellow, Light and Saturation) for Gueules (Red) Or (Yellow, Gold) Azur (Blue) Pourpre (?) and Sinope (Green)

My settings:
Red --- R255, G0, U0 / E0, S240, L120 (default .bmp colour)
Blue --- R0, G51, U204 / E150, S240, L96
Yellow --- R255, G204, U0 / E32, S240, L120
Green --- R40, G115, U9 / E68, S205, L58
Purple --- R128, G0, U128 / E200, S240, L60 (default .bmp colour)
Maroon --- R130, G84, U55 / E15, S97, L87
Gray --- R128, G128, U128 / E160, S0, L120 (default .bmp colour)
Flesh --- R255, G204, U153 / E20, S240, L192

There is, but it depends on the regions and it changed from time to time.

Sure there is, today, but in 1066 here there weren't any. Colors differed from region to region.

That's what i just said...
 
Just a note. While I don't plan to continue work on my own coat of arms collection for the game, there indeed is a reason to standardise. That is to say that what the game map displays is a map of Europe as seen by one noble, logically served by a single herald who would use a particular set of colours. So there should indeed be just one colour used to represent gules, one for azure etc.

The same would of course apply for all parts of the coat of arms (requiring individual suits, or at least the use of a standardised graphic library).
