Hi can someone help me by making this for me thank you if at all possible for free as i do not have the money to pay you for this if at all thanks i have Asperger syndrome learning difficulties makes it hard for me to understand the editor properly dont get me i tride even with video help on youtube.

It would only really be me using it i would need the files for it so i can load it in the editor then i would upload it to the workshop as a private mod as i find it more easy to use from the workshop and to keep track of.
It is basically my mums work place witch i spent a lot of time at its a charity volunteer cafe with computers and also has help groups run from it also sells stuff to help keep it open but its shutting down due to the problem going on at the moment and the stupid church since the church own it.

i would love to be able to have it as a low commercial shop in my cities mostly to remember it as i met a lot of people there my experience with making assets like this is not very good at all ive tried making buildings did not turn out well since i just dont get the editor i can make a park though. Could someone help the moment it appears in my city i would make it a historic build so it dont go and do this for me please i added picture of the front and back of it.

Ok I'm willing to make this for you for free provided that you agree to the following:-

1) The model will be uploaded to the workshop under my Steam ID as a low density commercial. You are welcome to the files for your own use and can upload them for private use under a different model name but you can not re-distribute them.
2) No date or time period will be named for release. This will be a side project for me as I have a lot of other things on the go. (but I WILL make it for you).
3) The model will include both "The Hub" and "Stacey's cards". The whole thing will look much better in game on a lot that way. I'm kind of fussy about that and take my time with the details..
4) This is a "one off" no other requests will be met.

Sorry for all the terms but I just wanted to be clear (and a friend.. lol)

Let me know If you are happy with this I will make a start.;)

Thanks for this i actually forgot about this post lol but do what you want as long as it looks like the hub still or resembles it enough i know what it is and can spot it or even if you add something els with it or join it with something i just want to be able to use it in game as a reminder lol just send me a link when you are done so i can go sub to it.

And i will take you up on having a a copy of the files aswell since if you ever decided to take it down at least i can make it a private mod just for me no one els and still use it in my game thanks for this those pics are the best i could get. Also when you say Stacey's cards do you mean the one thats already next to it or something els lol guessing you looked it up on google map if so i dont mind waiting since i am playing monster hunter world to kill fatalis thanks again.
 
Hi, ok we have deal. Yes I looked it up on Google Earth so it will include both the one next to it (as on Google Earth) and your mum's shop with the building at the back. You can have the files bye all means . If however I tell you where Steam has downloaded the file you could back-up the original file too. (I'm assuming you don't know this, forgive me if you already do) I'll start work. I will do my best , You'll recognise it don't worry. It is the texturing that takes the time. ;)

ok thats fine just to say the back building is the shop its the toilet and 3 other rooms i just thought moders would need pictures of the back of the building as well to get it close as its actually a church run community hub. It did serves some food like cake sandwich drinks so on had computers and in the back rooms sometimes help groups and a nail person also some knitting groups so on.

Annoying thing is church had it least for 2 more years also it was possible to open it with distancing but church did not want to do that even after they let my mum sort it all out and clean up now its shutting down and she looses her job as manager. so annoying luckily she has other job opportunity she can try we made Friends there to witch luckily she has there numbers and has them on facebook stupid pandemic anyway cant wait to see how it turns out thanks again stay safe,.

Ah ok. This is what I have so far I'm going to complete it in this form for you if that's ok with you? In my own upload It might change I'm still thinking about that.
This is all I can do for now but I will find some more time soon.

Wow at first i thought it was to long i looked at google earth to make sure and to my surprise it actually looks the same length and size i never actually thought it looked like that lol nice job very accurate.

If able when it comes to putting props down if able can you put a table a chair out front if not don't worry but very good work.

Thanks. Sure there will be table/s and chairs outside , I'll pick something reasonable from the workshop or make some. They won't be exactly as in your picture though.

that is wow looks so much like them thank you well i would like what ever file that will allow me to re upload if you ever took it down or something like that put it up as a private mod just for me i can use if the case arises that something does happen.

If at all possible put all the files in to a zip file and send them to me how ever your able to send them ide only re post it as a private mod for me if you ever took it down or something like that also just so i have a copy of the files.

I am moving computer to a much better one so ile put the zip folder on a external hard drive with the rest ready so i wont be able to look at it in game untill ive set up the new pc witch ile get on the 26th also again you have done a excelent job well done.

A update i have managed to go in game get it up and look at it looks so good in game also found your suprice my username as graffiti on the wall right site at back lol nice just to let you know i wasent born in 1973 i was born in 1993 that was just something easy to remember in case you thaught that lol.
 
Good glad you found the Easter egg. Sorry I did think 1973 was your birth year lol.
The file you need for backup is located on your PC here :-
C/windows/program files (x86) /steam/steamapps/workshop/content/255710 the folder for your backup is numbered 2259255404 and should have the file "UK Retail units L1" in it.

If you back-up the file and it ever gest deleted (which I don't intend to) you can put your copy back in the same place.

(if you can't find the folder don't worry I will get it to you somehow but try this first please) Let me know.

thats fine i rather not have my birth year in game anyway lol still good i have found the file also i have done a mod myself for another game rimworld though not any textures like you i just re used what was in game was very hard for me had lots of help. dosent do much other than make it so you can place 2 kinds of water down a floor normal water has the slow effect and ripples and also fertile water that act as fields for planting crops like a rice paddy field.

depending on if you play it or not ile it if you ask also i posted a link to the mod on a reddit group i did name you as the maker if that was alright and praised you here is a link to the post if its not alright i will either delete post or edit you name out.

Glad you found the file. Never tried Rimworld myself, to be honest doesn't look like my sort of thing. As for your post on reddit I have no problem with that. Thanks!
