German Advansed Indistrualisations Program was opened by the Furer 1 January 1936 in Werlsurt, the Sermoni was fylled with Facist state officials, from Germany, Romania, Hungery, Yougoslavia, Italy, Japan, Siam, and some Spanish observers with dreams of thair wery own nation.
At the opening was the GAIP Organisation and Assambely Line Experamantations Program presented, together with the HCRTO, High Capasety Resourse Transportations Organisation under command of General Lautnant Wernar Hokmann.
The intentions of the to organisations was to brinbg the German Indistrualisation to life, estemations was made that Germany should be able to increase its current Indistryal Capasety with 140% befreo 1 January 1939.
This plans was made and first considered impossible by the SIC, State Investments Commission, however the Furer approved the Indistrualisations plan, and an massive Indistrual Program was lunched.
The firts arena was to reform the Indistrual polecy, and the German Politicienc relactently watched when the nation moved heavely aigenst Central Planing, the worryes of the Chief of the Army, was that Army resourses and Productions would get 2nd prioritatings, and worries was aloso that due to thi high indistrualisations program, would Upgradings and new Productions of equicment of the German Arms go slower and more ineffective.
This was by the State Investments Commossion made a 5 year plan, on oppertunetys to reform the nation with a high Centrall Planned Finance System, combined with opening the doors for an Standing Army as more effective in the new nation system.
The Hawks was also interested in this, and also ment that reforms should be done to future improve production effectivety.
The German Industry plan showed some diffecultyes in the beginning of 1936, as costs was added as political expenses, due to an increased interess in Turky and Portugal. German State Office had to suspend the whole Indistrual build up, to secure the finanses needed to hold Portugal and Turky outside an UK alliense. However the plan failed, and German Indistrual Production asumed at full speead emeadetly after the influencive poliecy towords this nations.
The German Arms Comision had sevral companyes to secure maximum advantages with the new Industrial Capasety, and IG Farben Developed Mashine Tools, to give the maximum Effect.

Hjelmar Charst spoke at the Universety in Bern sevral times of Indistrual Improvments, and shortly after offisials from the inteligence invited him to an Industry conferanse held by GIC/DD, German Indistrual Comitys Developing Department, who soon after becomed his new fraids.
Hjelmar Charst promised to secure an 10% higher Industry Effectivety, and less then a month after his planns had been passed over and rewieved by the sister organisation GIC/AD German Indistrual Armarments Department,

The German Military industry are today June 1937, set to 235 000 000 Indistrual Capasety pr hour, and are expected to be above 325 000 000 Indistryal Capasety pr hour by 1 January 1939.
This extreme increasements have more then 3 dubbeled resourse needs of German Factoryes, and for this rason have the SIC, State Investments Commission together with IFFT, Insteture For Free Trade signed sevral long tern trade agreaments with Sovjet Union, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Italy and Romania, to secure the resourse flow of the German Industry.

Companyes IG Wolf, IG Farben, IG Koll and IG Reinsburg with premisions from the GPO, German Patents Office, and together with the German Inteligence, and officials from the SMD, Secret Military Department, traveled to Japan with intentions of selling German Tecnology to Japanese Goverment.
This comes as the Japanese Goverment have under its controll, massive resourses, jet not fully effective as the Japanese Indistrual Tecnology is on same leavel as the US and UK Indistrual Programs, far behiund the German.
The intentions of giving the patents to Japan, is to have the Japanese use the patents in its own production, who aigen will lead to an incresed resourse production in Japan. This increasements have the German Goverment by giving the indistrual tecnologyes for free to Japan, secured trade rights on.
The German Goverment supplay the Japanese with the tools to increase reare material production, and will as pay have the trade rights on the resourses prodused as an effect of the patents.
Japanese-German industrial co-operation
In the 1930'tyes there were some significant collaborative development in heavy industry between German companies and their Japanese counterparts. This was one major factor in Japan's ability quickly to exploit raw materials in the areas of the Empire of Japan that had recently come under their military control.
Japanese to construct plants and an exclusive utilization of patents. This well planned and well prepered Syntetich Oil plants was early developed in near cooperaton between Germany and Japan. The contract included shered production responsibiletys of high amount of Syntetich Oil, Disel, and LAGII Air Fuel.
The Indistrual Productions Protocol secured Japanese Oil production rights in Asia, and the trade agreament made 8 January 1937 in Berlin, between Armarments Minister Hjelmar Charst and Japanese State Departments Indistrual Comety Ikohikomas Inavasaki, secured Japanese compleate Oil Monopool in Asia, and an securety protocoll that the German Navy would protect the Trade routes running to and from the Italien harbours in
La Spazia.
Additionaly an seperate agreement between Armarments Minister Hjelmar Charst and Romanien State Offisial Constantine Barandeu, secured all German Trade Rights on all Romanien produced Oil, for the cost of Germany Guaranteeing Romanien Independence, and German Assistense protecting the Northen Romanien Terretorys, who the Sovjet Union was capable of claiming.
The Japanese and Romanien increased Oil production was a complement to the German Advansed Indistrual Program,
(GAIP § 1182), who states the Fuel and Oil usagage of the New German Army would increase to an ussagage of -1000A Oil a day when the whole futures Panzer, Motorized and Mechanised German Army was on the move.
The Oil storages needed to support the Army Korps planned for production, would at all time be needed to be over 100K Millions Ton, and the only way to ensure this oil reserves, and dayli oil income of 90A+ pr day, would be throu a combanation of Romanien and Japanese Productions increase.
The GATD, German Army Training Department, released fotage of an Luftvaffe EL1, an German Elite Fighter School stationed in Toubrok, (Italy).

On the Other hand Republican Spain gets 3 times the aid from Sovjet Union, United Kingodm and France. Outnombered tecnologicaly, and with 40% less amred forses, does however the Nationalist Spanish Command, secure whole Spain in less then a year.
The German led Axis allience, with the members, Italy, Romania Yougoslavia, and Hungery, congratulates Franco with his victory, and starts emeadetly to improve the relations to the new nation, Nationalist Spain.
