Nationalist China
When Japan declared war on China in 1937 the united front was formed between Nationalist China, Communist China, Sinkiang and Shanxi. Japan was able to annex shanxi but after that China could mobilise and stop Japan invasion. China did eventually annex Yunnan and could after that form a great army against the Japanese forces in north.
