Welcome to the High Command Group

We are a group of 13 active players, and play evry week.
Currently we have 1 game going at the time, and it runns
Saturdays 16-23 GMT, with wery few exaptions if players need rescadule.

(Link to GMT clock: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/ )

We ceep the pre-decided game times, so all players know at any time when next session are, and this of course its needed to maintain the high stabilety as we do have.

The group is runned by the board and the group leader, and the board is voted into office by the permanent group members. Once a year thair will be a new voting for the nominated.

Once a new player want to joyn the group, he will mail High Command (me), who are in responsible for the managing and maintainense of the playerpool.

Currently we have 13 Members in the Group.
The players in the group are from 23-50 years old.

Staff Member: R2D2
Staff Member: Tempus
Staff Member: High Command
Staff Member: Malik

Permanent Member: OSO
Permanent Member: Robin
Permanent Member: Revulution
Permanent Member: Cyklemyg
Permanent Member: Sable
Permanent Member: Citicen_x

Tryal Member: Attis
Tryal Member: Patrick
Tryal Member: Razor
Tryal Member: Thris
Tryal Member: Mauenator3

The Board usualy works with inproving balance rules, who in some cases is needed to make an semihistoricle option, with some balance.
The board also deals with promoting tryal members to permanent members, group improvments and develeping, events, and alot more.
The Group leader is in responsibilety for the board functioning properly, arranging games, sessions and if needed rescadules, as well as recommending tryal members for the board evaluation.

We usualy play evry game with arround 10-11 players, evan tho we have made an 1936 scenario adjustments, by adding so it is 20 flags avalible.
This is needed so that we can play with the whole group, but it feels usualy as we often are 1 or 2 less then prefered. This can be cused by individual players privatelife, or other events in thair life, who makes them unable for a game or session.

Our preferenses is however to never have less then 14 players evry session, for this reason have we saied that 15-18 members is a good quantety for the group.

In general do my self and the to other board members use arround 25 hours pr week, in maintaining the group, and to try with positive developments and arranging events, sessions or others.

The players of course then joyn the game/event as thay like.

To manage the good games we have, we for sure need some rules, and this is both Group Govening Bodey Rules, and Game Rules. The to types is simply one for managing the group, and the other type for managing the games.

I will say that our games is very good, and some of our prinsipps are that a game we start in (always start in 1936) - we play to the end. This means that we play from the start and to the one side have won.

This is an inportant prinispp as it ensures that the time invested in the game, will be worth it, as we always play finnish, instead of playing like the bad vnet systems, who 99 of 100 times ends in nothing but bye.

Our group games starts in 36 and are evry game played to the end.

Our current ongoing game

Our games is also well organised, and we usualy meet the day before at msn or teamspeak, who is our primarely comunications tools, And at this meetings each alliense go throu its planns, ideas, and the alliens leaders brief on thair plans, and go over all the things that we did not get over throu mails or others in advanse.

The Game day starts with a count up, we verefy all the players have arrived.
Then each alliense leader sends out the IP for the voice comunication.
We uses Team Speak in our group, who is free to download at http://www.teamspeak.org/
This tool of course requiers an voice server host, who we of course arrange for each game and meeting. The Alliense leaders on each side arranges this. The alliense leaders gives thair teams the IP for the Axis/Allied Voice channel, and the players enters it into teamspeak and press connect.
(Its easy to use, and Staff will of course assist you with anything you would need).

As soon as the voice is up, will we prosede to the common room for joyning the game.

Our host has veary good conection, and we do not have any lag problems, not evan with 20 players in same game.

The atmosphere in the group is very good, and we talk together also outside gaming hours, based on the individuals possibiletys and of course based on what thay want them self. We have staff almost always online for support, and each tryal member will get assigned thair own contact person, who will be extra assistense, so the player can get an conferteble enterense into the group.

Before becomming a full member, will an tryal game be needed.
In some cases is it needed with to or more tryal games, depending on how buissy the board is during the game period.
Usualy will i say that we have high effectivety, considering the amount of players and therfor administrative work we have.

The main intention with the group is to have fairly balanced and fun games on ecual conditions, and in an stabile and meture envirement. We do not have any requirements to skill, only to behavure and relyebilety.

If you are interested in joyning us, mail me High Command for a online meeting.

Best Regards

Hello,

we are a small group of 3 dedicated players, looking for other active group or individuals.

We are : KostasL,Kthnos and Tromaras.

We are interested in joining.
The more the better we think.

One game running seems not much.
Let's launch a few multis more.

We manage wery well because we are wery well organised, and with alot of byracrosy and as a minimum of 20 manhours a week of administrative work,. do the neccesary maintainence, adjustments and improvements, on a weeklyu basis.

A game should not be played with any less then 13 players is my opinion.

Anyway i see ypour post as above, and if you want to send an application for your self or for your little group, then that can be sended to my mail at: ronhovde@hotmatil.com However note that currently have 83 peapole applicated for the 3-4 positions we have avalible, and 25 of thise have been scelected out for thair tryal games.

Of this has 22 applicated 1 or more times before.

So fot rhis reason expect some delay in the prosess of your application, and expect that it will be plased in the que, to be avalible for the next time we will do reqruiting.

Best and kindest regards

High Command

Why did you post at all, with 83 people waiting?
For keep playing one 13 player game?

Can you deploy just 3 players to challenge our group in a new 3v3 game? :D

Well peapole started sending applications after the post was set up, not before.. anyway 3 peapole in a 3 vs 3 player game...
We usualy dont play outside the group, but if properly planned maby we can look into the possibilety for a pgame with you, anyway we can discuss it on Teamspeak, so in that case contact me on msn and il send you the IP and Password to our High Command Group Teamspeak server and we can take it from there.
