High Density Office Bug is Back? Zoned high density offices slowly lose the number of jobs they provide. Unemployment rate is skyrocketing.

Steps to reproduce​

Click on and observe a z9ned high density office building. The number of jobs will slowly dwindle over time, similar to the office bug we had about a year ago.

Expected Result​

Number of jobs should not decline

Actual Result​

Number of jobs in high density office drop over time

This just started to happen in my game now. It is game breaking. I'm unable to play. I'll wait to see if this is fixed in the next update.

I keep coming back to this thread hoping a mod gets released that fixes it or something. Hopefully we have a patch in the near future because I can't currently really play the game beyond a certain point due to this problem. I hate starting a city out and then having to watch it wither away economically speaking.
