High likelihood of crashes on Windows 10

Clean install, no mods or anything of the sort. Just quick games meant to test the waters. Crashes have become more likely than ever (every 5 to 10 years in the early game) since the release of Khans of the Steppe. Starting the game after picking a character / after choosing 'to play any ruler on the map' causes the game to freeze for a long time in the 'Loading' phase. Performance otherwise is very smooth in the early game. Tested with Dx11/Vulkan both windowed and fullscreen. FPS is capped globally via Nvidia's Control Panel. Any help is appreciated.

The game is also failing to initialize saved games entirely, crashing everything else that is running. Including Steam.

We see a couple of crashes in ck3.exe in that dxdiag, but no clear cause.

We also see some concerning Windows errors

Assuming that doesn't help, do these crashes leave records in your Windows Event Viewer?

What antivirus do you use, is the new ck3.exe in all its exceptions lists?

It seems that running the repair tool has fixed my issues. I can't do more extensive testing but I thank you for you support.
