When a zoned building grows on a hill, it flattens the terrain. This is however not the case in real life - if the hill is too steep, the building adapt to it. It looks weird when a nice hill is cut in stripes by the buildings.
There would be two types:
1) From left to right (or vice versa) - one floor is partially the entrance, partially basement, and the second floor is partially ground floor.
2) From front to back (or vice versa) - the entrance is actually on the second floor, or the second floor becomes ground floor at the back
I know that this would be hard to do, but if it would be done, it would be awesome.

This would definitely encourage me to play more on hillier maps, where my building space won't be split into weird tiers or just lost because structures on a lower road ruin zoning on an upper one.
