Hindustani is not an accepted culture for India

Description​

If anything, Hindustani should be the top primary culture for India. It used to be the case before but some patch seemed to have accidently removed it. This is why reporting it as a bug.

In fact, you can't even move your capital to Delhi anymore (the actual capital) after forming India because it is not your primary culture! This has to be an oversight.

Ideally, Deccani culture should be added as well.

Just need to add a single line in bic.breakup.txt

This bug still exists in the new patch 1.9.2

Cant move Indian capital to Delhi becasue Hindustani is not an accepted culture.

Hi. As mentioned, Hindustani is missing in the game file bic.breakup.txt. See below:

Because of this, if you form India as EIC, Hindustani is not primary and you cant move capital to Delhi. Hindustani should actually be the first primary culture of India and its oddly missing from this event.
