HWM 1.4 is up.
For anyone who was using HWM 1.3 I'd recommend upgrading to HWM 1.4. 1.4 fixes a bad event trigger in an important event.

One thing that I noticed when playing China due to the +1 IC to Nationalist China by the repeating USSR support event tends to lead to a situation where the receiving province ends up over time having really high IC value. In my current game it is now 1945 and there is over 40+ IC.

Hmm. I will check that. I thought I got rid of all the +IC in Lend Lease. Thanks for the tip.

Yep, working with the AI so I've had to do a lot more testing than normal. Almost done though.

How would I install this if I just wanted to make a copy of AoD, or is that even possible?
Do I need to make any directory changes, considering that some components have either Doomsday or Arsenal of Democracy as directory names?
