i just buy that awesome game on steam ,i had on cd before now i have on steam account too. but i cant play it for a week ,after i setup win10. i click on play button but nothing happen. is there anyone know solve of this problem ?

I got HOI3 working on win 10. I used podcats TFH exe. If you go to the black ice mod download page in paradox forums you can find a link to his podcats exe there. It allows LAA memory addressing for 64 bit operating systems. My system is similar to yours but I do have NVidia video card. GTX660 series so it is a bit older but does support direct X 12. Have been playing HOI 3 TFH for a week now with no issues.
You unzip podcats exe into your HOI 3 main directory Not the sub folder for TFH. It replaces the original HOI 3 exe. Overwrite yes when it asks. Hope this works for you.

I've got it working on Windows 10 with basically just a Windows 8 download then upgraded computer to Win10. I'm not sure how to setup specifically for Windows 10, but I'm relatively sure you could just install normally from Steam.
I did. I upgrade my win7 to win8 ,win8.1 then win10. After that , i download and setup it from steam. When i click to game on steam , i can see first window but when i click to start button ,nothing happen. When i m trying to open the game on gamefolder ,it s say something is wrong. 0xc00007b something like that

when i try to open this link ,it say ,i have no permission. but i have all collection on steam and i add game to paradox account. BUT ,i have oll version of this game ,but i only see hoi and semper fii on paradox accout. i need to solve this

i did it and i downloaded the file. i did everthing that u guys said but i m sorry ,still nothing happen. i click to start button but there is no action
since you have steam, you put it in C:\Program Files (x86)/steam/steamApps/common/hearts of iron 3 ? (i don't have win 10 yet so check the location to be sure)

When you unzip podcats exe into the destination folder hoi3 main folder did it ask you if you want to overwrite the existing files? Podcats exe is a zipped file which needs to be unzipped.
If you just downloaded it into the hoi3 folder without unzipping it (which installs it) then it will not work.

I m so glad for ur helping. But i do know computer very well so i unziped it then i replaced files.It asked to me that "are u sure to replace it" then i said yes. but still nothing happen. Then i changed folder properties about compability and work as administrator thing ,now it give me an error which is hoi3.exe stop working

Sorry then I do not know what your issue is. Maybe video card problem? Is it a laptop? How much ram do you have? And how much free space on your hard drive? You do need some free space on the drive for it to swap files.
