Description
Playing as Estonia, at 1938 or 1939 the game suddenly almost stopped (at speed 5), with every in game hour taking maybe 10 seconds. If I save and reload the game it goes back to normal speed, for about an in game day, then it slows down again.

Also, for whatever reason I couldn't "march through Finland", that action was never allowed.

Steps to Reproduce
It's only happened to me once so who's to say.

I'm having the same issue, except for me it works for about 25 days before slowing down

Thanks for the report. The issue seems to be connected to hardware and performance. Could you please send us your dxdiag so we could see what affects the game slowing down? Please also update the game, perhaps that fixes the issue.
