Description
Since 1.12: the generals / field marshals when active aren't shown by default in the officer corps. Sames for admirals.
Usually I just click on "capacity" button on the upper right, and then the active officers are visible.
Minor but strange bug.
Steps to Reproduce
Allocate some officers to an army. Open the Officer corps / generals: by default, the general isn't visible on the list. try to sort the list or click on some options, then he will become visible.
