Description
Currently playing HOI 4 as Germany without No step back dlc. After finishing treaty with the USSR I get only 1x 2.0 years ahead research for my Panzer III and no 1 x 100% research bonus for armor technology

Steps to Reproduce
Play a game without No step back as Germany and finish Treaty with the USSR national focus

Thanks for your report. Since it's been some time since you reported the issue we've already done some updates to the game. Could you please check if after updating the issue persists? If so please come back with the information on what system you're using and please attach a save file. It will help us immensely!
