Description
I'm playing Poland with the new focus tree from No Step Back. I chose the Romanov path, but some of the path's focuses (like Demand Lithuania, Demand Slovakia and Governorate of Livonia) are unselectable because they require your government to be Fascist, while Romanov Poland is Non-Aligned.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Play as Poland.
2. Choose the Monarchist path. Refuse all claimants until Anastasia arrives.
3. Do the focus path until Invite Exiled Nobility and Pan-Slavic Revanchism. After that you are unable to complete the rest of the tree because it requires Fascist government.

Still a problem. Started a new game on Barbarossa 1.11.4.450e (c4c6) and can't choose the Demand Lithuania focus (which is a prerequisite for later focuses) because it requires Fascist government.
