@'fireworktea' Apologies for the delay.

I have screenshots and 2 saves, one each for Ger, and ussr.
Attached is both saves, they'll be useful for other bugs I've posted too.
The Ger game was in windows 10, confirming some of these bugs are not limited to my distribution or specific gnu/linux install.

I'd offer more info, but I don't understand which things are important to include and post up.
