Description
French focus "Unite the Crowns" gives around 2 cores, not whole of Spain as core territory, because of the Spanish "Spain coring mechanic".

Steps to Reproduce
- play as France in 1936, preferably with historical focuses tunred off
- wait for the Spanish Civil War to finish
- finish the "Secure the Crown os Spain", attack and annex all of Spain
- finish "Unite the Crowns" focus
- get few cores, not even half of the country
- small profit

I am assuming that the focus says something along the line of 'France gains cores on all Spanish cores'. If that is the case, then it is simply part of the Spanish Civil War mechanic in which whichever Spain wins no longer has cores on the rebellious states, and must regain them. If you annex Spain before they finish 'reintegrating' those states, you don't get the cores either.
Really annoying, and I wish it would get fixed, but it is what it is, at least for now. Hopefully the next update fixes a lot more of these simpler bugs.

Bump this issue as it still exists in 1.12.5

The focus says you gain all the cores Carlist spain has, not all spanish states. At the time you do the focus, Carlist Spain will not have regained its cores yet. So my guess is you'll get a 'this is working the way we designed it' reply.
