HoI ship in EU2

I am not the ultimate graphical wiz myself, so if anyone would have the time to help me I'd appreciate it.

What I need is one of the old ships in HoI (dunno which one is best, Pre-War Cruiser maybe) converted to be used in EU2 - where I for my AoI mod will use it as level 60 graphics.

Not that I want to be a wet blanket here or something but: You should really talk to Paradox before you do that. The HoI graphics are their "property" and shouldn't be made available without their consent.

That said, there are several user made sprites for HoI available. You could check out them too (and ask the creator, of course )
