HOI version 1.03b zip?

is there a way you can download a zip version of the patch? everytime i try to install the patch it says game not found :-\

i have hoi installed to C:\Program Files\Strategy First\Hearts Of Iron

i use to have it installed in C:\Hearts Of Iron ... but i reinstalled to default folder and it still gives me the same message

Did you download the correct publisher version of the patch?
Who is the publisher of your game?
Sorry I see that it is Strategy first due to your default directory.
So are you sure you downloaded the SF patch?

If so, you should completely remove the game from your system, manually delete the folders, clean up your registry.
Then do a fresh install, then just apply the 1.03b patch.

i deleted HOI, defraged, scandisked, and i still get the same thing when i try to install the patch.. why dont they just release a zip to fix this problem? or let u isntall the exe to any folder and manually install it.. its not hard.
